Wesley Place is a commercial office development located at 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. The development is uniquely located on the site of the Wesley Church, Manse, former schoolhouse and caretakers cottage.

 

The development aspires to be:

“green, active, connected and welcoming urban environment that retains the best aspects of calm sanctuary in the urban realm”.

 

Designed as a Smart Building from the ground up, Wesley Place will combine industry leading architectural, sustainable and technological designs into the ideal workplace located in the North East Corner of Melbourne’s City Grid.

 

The development is being designed to achieve a minimum:

  • 5 Star NABERS Office Energy rating;
  • 4.5 Star NABERS Office Water;
  • 5 Star Green Star As-Built (v1.1) rating.
  • WELL (v1) Shell and Core Compliance enabled building services

Meld Strategies was engaged by Charter Hall to develop a Technology Masterplan, Technology Masterlist and Technology Development Brief that defines a vision, key technology initiatives in addition to guiding project design teams towards a common set of technology related requirements that will inform various elements of a building design.
