About This Project

GPO Tower is being designed and developed to be a “game changer” for the Smart City of Adelaide, designed to meet PCA-A grade requirements as well as 5 Star Green Star and NABERS Energy, this new development will become the benchmark for workplaces in Adelaide CBD.

 

GPO Tower will incorporate a range of technologies to support these sustainability objectives and to continuously improve the performance of this precinct over time.

 

The development is being designed to achieve a minimum:

  • 5 Star NABERS Energy rating;
  • 5 Star Green Star (Design & As Built); and
  • Silver – Wells (Core & Shell)

Scope

Meld Strategies was engaged by Charter Hall to develop a Technology Masterplan, Technology Masterlist and Technology Development Brief that defines a vision, key technology initiatives in addition to guiding project design teams towards a common set of technology related requirements that will inform various elements of a building design.
