About This Project

Harbord Diggers is uniquely located on the coastline of Freshwater and Curl Curl Beaches. Designed as a technology friendly Club from the ground up, Harboured Diggers ill combine industry leading architectural and technological designs into the ideal venue.

In the development of the Harbord Diggers, a unique opportunity is provided to incorporate the use of technology as a means of establishing a Smart Precinct & Venue. This method of differentiation will help to reinvent the venue and encouraging social & community engagement.

The new Harbord Diggers is made of two separate components the Precinct and the Venue which comprise of around 48,000sqm.

Scope

Meld Strategies was engaged by Cerno to develop a Technology Masterplan, Technology Masterlist and Technology Development Brief that defines a vision, key technology initiatives in addition to guiding project design teams towards a common set of technology related requirements that will inform various elements of a building design.
