About This Project

The Mirvac Tenancy will incorporate use of building dashboards that can provide graphic visualisation of a range of data sources provided by base building and tenancy engineering systems and sensors.

The building dashboard provides summarised insights into the current, trending and historical data collected from the building. The dashboard displays information relating to: sustainability, building performance metrics, occupancy, facilities management information and lift movements.

Dashboards will be built for a range of uses for a range of stakeholders including:

  • Staff
  • Visitors
  • Facilities Managers
  • Sustainability Managers
  • Front reception

A wide range of data sources can be displayed including utilities data, occupancy levels, lift movements, Living Lab data etc.

Scope

Meld Strategies developed a strategy for Smart Tenancy Dashboards at Mirvac HQ.

The basis of the strategy was to use fixed digital touch screens throughout the tenancy to provide live information on consumption and usage.
