Connor is an intricate balance of location and surroundings, opportunity and conformity. Both modern and warm, contemporary and inviting, it is supremely comfortable nestled on the edge of old and new.
The silky sheen created by the reflectiveness of its brushed copper/ aluminium composite cladding sets the building firmly on the cutting edge of design. The exterior also features independently angled vertical fins that create a shimmering lenticular effect, bringing an inviting warmth that enhances the new urban landscape.
Designed by William Smart of Smart Design Studio, Connor is the next award-winning building to join Central Park’s iconic collection.
The scope for this project was to develop a new Concept Design for the arrangement of a GPON based Fibre to the Premise network and a Building Automation Systems, based upon the strategy developed from the Meld assessment of One Central Park.
