Developed to be a Smart Building, 32 Smith Street is currently home to the anchor tenant QBE.
Meld Strategies was engaged by GPT Group to develop a Technology Concept Design, coordinate detailed design, oversee procurement of specialist technology systems, provide detailed design for specialist technology systems and provide oversight and coordination of technology scope items for the project during construction and handover.
